"Wow" 35 ladies participated in the "Joy of life" workshop taught by Jeanine on 10/25/10.

Jeanine has just completed a 18 month certification from the Chopra center in San Diego.The evening was full of inspiration and renewed dedication to live a life of vitality.

Timeless Ayurvedic healing principles combined with practical daily wisdom created a evening of hope,renewal and joy. "Great job Jeanine."

I will be attending the Sacramento and San Francisco authors luncheon the next 2 weekends.I am excited from all the feedback I am getting on my book"Camp Silverheart "the 8th day"

In January we will be starting our 8th day vitality training for our patients.We will meet every day for 8 days starting with the Vision day and ending with the group  Dosha dinner.
